Tuesdays: 6 March to 27 March This Lent the Bishop of Leicester hosts and chairs, in the Grand Hall at St Martins House, a public conversation with national and regional contributors as to how we create an abundant common life. The conversations are being held every Tuesday during Lent between 7.00 - 9.00pm.
Tues 6 March: Education - Baroness Estelle Morris of Yardley, Former Secretary of State for Education, and Prof Dominic Shellard, Vice Chancellor Demontfort University Tues 13 March: Justice - Sir Hugh Orde, President of the Chief Association of Chief Constable of Leicestershire Police Police Officers and former Chief Constable of the Police Service of Northern Ireland, and Simon Cole, Chief Constable of Leicestershire Police Tues 20 March: Health - David Haslam, President of the British Medical Association, and Malcolm Lowe-Lauri, Chief Executive University Hospitals Leicester NHS Trust Tues 27 March: Welfare No booking is necessary and there are no fees for the events. Please use public transport, on street parking and city centre car parks as appropriate. |
