The Parish Churches of Kirby Muxloe

Members of the parish congregations volunteer to help out at Glenfield Hospital on Sunday mornings enabling patients to attend the morning service of worship at the hospital. Patients are brought to the service in wheelchairs, helpers stay with the patients throughout the service and then return them to their respective wards when the service has finished.

This help is much appreciated by both the patients and the hospital chaplain as without it, many would lose out on the opportunity to participate in Sunday Christian worship.
